Can´t arm except in Stabilize Mode

I have a problem with 3.0.1 firmware. I can arm quad only in Stabilize mode. GPS status: 3D fix, but when I try to arm my quad in Loiter or AltHold nothing is happened.
What can it be?

Just have checked - from droid planner through bluetooth I can arm quadcopter in loiter mode.
