The VPO should be able to assign admins to a study
Describe the solution you'd like
A list of the studies with a component that lists the CDPs (a bit like the labels on a github issue like this one) and allows adding CDPs.
Describe alternatives you've considered
A private page in the study view (cdp/[studyId]), in a separate category (for example "VPO only"), that shows the CDPs and allows assigning admins to the study. This would reduce the "another sheet" effect of the above-suggested solution.
The issue would be the large amount of studies, which would be overwhelming for the VPO and hard to distinguish for their own studies.
A solution would be to have a separate component that lists the studies and redirect to the page (cdp/[studyId]), in a way more suited to a large number of studies than the sidebar carousel component.
Additional considerations
The suggested solution could take its inspiration from the mri list.
