Obtain templates from ATE Frontend

Following #239 and #240 we should obtain ATE component and page templates from ATE Frontend. The challenge is that ATE Frontend uses Nunjucks whereas this service uses Jinja.

This depends on how we decide to adapt and share these templates:

• Add support for Jinja templates ate-frontend#2
