3.0.6 broke MAUI 10 with dependency constraints issues

I have an dependency constraints issue with .NET/MAUI 10 when I tried to install 3.0.6 version of the package, but when I downgraded to 3.0.4, it installed fine. The dependency constraints looked like this:

So it feels like the latest version broke a lot of dependencies. Hope it is okay to report the issue here.

As pointed in #206, latest release notes and in new readme, I'm not going to include package dependencies for non mandatory packages. I did it in the past for just this reason, to prevent NU1608 warning. The problem is that every other release it introduces some hard to track dependency mismatch, and it would mean that I need to track the issue down, fix it, publish a new version and deprecate the problematic version.

And in 99% of the time if I leave it as is and just ignore the warning everything worked. But it really depends on other functionality of you app.

If the community wants me to roll this decision back I can do it, but for now I think it is better that every user does the dependency management for themselves. And AI can to it quite efficiently.
