Could you check that

uv run airsenal_env get

returns the team ID, username, and password that you're expecting? And if you're trying to run with different details to those, settings them with uv run arsenal_env set rather than passing them to the pipeline script (if that's what you're trying)?

If that all looks fine, it's not uncommon that FPL makes breaking changes to the API...

I tried running 'set' but for team Id, which seems to be wrong 'uv run airsenal_env set -k FPL_TEAM_ID -v 5XXXXX'

but when I run 'uv run airsenal_env get' after, the value is not updated

uv run airsenal get should return a path AIRSENAL_HOME, and if you look at the contents of the file FPL_TEAM_ID it should have the team ID you expect [if not that's really weird].

Assuming that's ok, might you have an FPL_TEAM_ID environment variable set somewhere else on your system (e.g. if you run echo $FPL_TEAM_ID in your terminal does it show anything?) Or does FPL_TEAM_ID=5XXXXX uv run airsenal_run_pipeline work any better?

So the file contains the correct id, even though 'get' returns the wrong one

Adding the FPL_TEAM_ID to the command directly has the samr issue

That is extremely weird - so uv run airsenal_env get returns an "AIRSENAL_HOME" that contains a file with the correct ID, but at the same time returns an incorrect FPL_TEAM_ID?
Did Jack's suggestion of checking for an existing environment variable via echo $FPL_TEAM_ID show anything?
If not, I don't know where the incorrect FPL_TEAM_ID could be coming from (was it your team id from last year?) - could you try grep for that ID in your AIRSENAL_HOME and your cloned AIrsenal directory to see if it's hardcoded somewhere there?

ahh, so I had the wrong ID on my 'zshrc', not sure how?!?

I have already made my transfers now, can I test the connection somehow?
