This is a call for a vote to release Apache OpenDAL reqsign version 0.20.5.

Emergency note: The previous release (0.20.4) contains a bug that affects users in production and needs an urgent fix. Because of that impact, we are treating this as an emergency patch release:

• DISCUSS was skipped to move faster.
• We will bypass the usual 72-hour waiting period.
• Once we have 3 binding +1 votes, we will close the vote and proceed to the final release immediately.
