Make a decision on figma-plugin-ds-svelte

Right now I'm using a fork of figma-plugin-ds-svelte in https://github.com/caged/figma-plugin-ds-svelte/. The forked version generates a compiled distribution, which works with jest. Despite my best efforts, I couldn't get upstream to work with the uncompiled global.css file. I forget the exact error. 😢

Currently, I'm only using a small subset of the provided features. I could roll my own, however I like the icons provided by the upstream repo.
