do not print "available data" if there are no avaiaable data, in which case, it should say there are no available data in your geographical area. OR it should say, the system cannot recognize what geographical area you are in. Messages should reflect what is happening to the user.
also,
when mouse floats over "Prototype HIS faceted search," nothting happens when I click so it should not turn to a hand cursor, and should not highlight.
