AVCaptureStillImageOutput' was deprecated in iOS 10.0: Use AVCapturePhotoOutput instead

Warning appears in CameraMan.swift stating AVCaptureStillImageOutput has been deprecated. The use of the new AVCapturePhotoOutput is not easily implemented. Need update of the CameraMan.swift file.

Any chance to get some help here? I don't have the bandwidth to fix issues but I can take some time to review them and merge them.
