How to start a task?

Hello, quite new to HA...
Installed the Plugin, Mower is connected, status is displayed.
When I want to start task1 or task2 (defined in App) nothing happens
Mower stays in dock
connection seems to work (when I press leave the dock, it will leave the dock)
what could be the problem?

Are you talking about the task buttons in home assistant? What's your model? Also please turn debugging on, press the button, then turn it off and post the logs.

or is there another way to start the mover from HA?

My plan was to build 2 different tasks in Mammotion app an start them via HA in dashboard or with a web hook coming from my Loxone smart home.

Can use the mammotion.start_mow service and create a task that way, save it as an automation, no need to use the app.

I'll see what's being sent over and see if I can work out why it's not working.

I managed it by using the mammotion.start_mow service...
so everything is working perfectly now!
