Mammotion Settings Update - how do I resync or purge them?

My integration has been working fine. UntiI I decided to delete some areas and tasks and redo new areas and tasks in the iPhone app.

Except... now they dont reflect in my HA Integration. HA still shows the old areas and task entities.

I have tried deleting the Integration and downlading/reinstalling clean.
I have tried logging out of Mammotion on both user accounts on my iPhone.
I have tried removing and adding the user in the Integration that it "pulls" the new settings.... but it seems to have cached the original areas and tasks... Those areas and tasks have not existed on the iPhone/Luba Mini for months now.
Any tips on how I can start clean or force a complete "purge" of existing entities?

THANK YOU!!! Totally worked. I had been battling with that for a week. It seems obvious now as soon as you mentioned it!
That still kept old areas and old tasks that no longer exist... but thats no big deal to manually delete them.
The most important thing was to get the new areas and tasks in there!
