Close [0.4]: the CM is current, and Part A has only two open proposals
The sweep's most valuable find was a STALE claim rather than a missing one — §9 described requires/returns as still needing A9's change, which had shipped. Recorded as an argument for sweeping the CM for wrong statements, not only absent ones. Part A of the tools to-do list: 77 items, exactly two unresolved, both PROPOSED rather than ACCEPTED (A13 versioning, A58 parser error recovery). Per the no-2.1-pile rule neither is 2.0 work, so neither is filed here — they want a ruling first. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

**The sweep's most valuable find was a STALE CLAIM, not a missing one**: §9 said
68+
`requires`/`returns` "should instead take a type reference... otherwise the saga
69+
cannot be initiated with a message". A9 had shipped. A generator author reading
70+
that would have built for a language that no longer exists — which is precisely
71+
the failure this item exists to prevent, and an argument for sweeping the CM for

WRONG statements, not only absent ones.
73+
**`../RIDDL-Tools-To-Do-List.md` Part A checked too**: 77 items, of which exactly
74+
**two are unresolved and both are PROPOSED, not ACCEPTED** — A13 (message and
75+
type versioning) and A58 (parser continues after errors). Per the no-2.1-pile
76+
rule neither is 2.0 work and neither is filed here; they want a ruling first.
