Putting a symlink named public under a directory fails powder list #84

Description

@evadne

To reproduce, create a random directory in ~/.pow, say ~/.pow/trollemipsum, then do ln -s ~/Works/trollemipsum ~/.pow/trollemipsum/public to have Pow serve static files. This won’t work with powder list because it seems to assume everything in ~/.pow to be symbolic links.

$ powder version
powder 0.2.0
