Bug in Framework Selection: All Frameworks Appear Regardless of Version and Language

When selecting LANG - FRAMEWORK (VERSION), all frameworks with the name FRAMEWORK appear regardless of the selected version and language. Such a bug occurs in benchmark results and in comparing frameworks.

I choose python - happyx (3.8) and remove it, then add nim - happyx (3.8) and nim - httpbeast (0.4)
