Pest 4 requires a higher PHP version than the project's supported PHP 8.2 version.

The project currently supports PHP 8.2, but pestphp/pest ^4.3 requires a higher PHP version.

Since the project still supports PHP 8.2, would it be acceptable to use the latest Pest 3 release compatible with PHP 8.2?

I tested this locally using DDEV with PHP 8.2.
