A little about me

I came into technology through people, creativity, leadership, and systems.

A lot of the work I care about starts the same way: someone has a strong vision, but the tools, processes, ownership, technology, or experience around it are making the work harder than it needs to be.

So I learned to build across the gaps.

Sometimes that means architecture or code. Sometimes it means redesigning a workflow, building an AI system, creating a digital product, rethinking an operating model, or helping a team understand how the pieces should work together.

I like building the whole thing, not just the part people can see.

The medium changes. The standard does not. It should work, make sense, and leave people better supported than they were before.

I build systems around people, not people around systems.

Relational equity matters to me. If people cannot trust the system, understand it, or see themselves in it, I do not consider the work finished.


What I’m building right now

Looking back, I’ve been building pieces of form. my whole career without knowing that was what I was doing. Music taught me how to build experiences and teams. Leadership taught me how to care for people and carry responsibility. Creative work taught me how to shape ideas. Operations taught me how to make them repeatable. Technology gave me a way to connect all of it. Now I’m taking those skills, instincts, and lessons and building the company they were pointing toward.

Right now, I am deepest in two systems: the operating environment that helps us run the company and the revenue engine that helps us find the right work.

form. | HQ is a hybrid human + AI workforce operating system built around persistent employee identity, shared context, memory, tools, authority, approvals, accountability, observability, and real work.

The next evolution separates the employee from the machine: persistent AI employees with isolated, elastic execution environments issued when the work requires them.

The goal is not to make an organization less human. It is to let people keep judgment while systems carry the weight they should carry.

form. | leads is the pipeline and lead intelligence system we are building for form.

It discovers opportunities, researches and scores them with AI, helps qualify fit, coordinates the work around outreach, and creates a cleaner path from market signal to human action.

The point is not more leads. It is better intelligence, better timing, and a system that helps us act on the right opportunities.

Allen

Allen is the intelligence identity I’m developing across the form. ecosystem: an agent, an intelligence platform, and a longer-term model direction.

I’m teaching it to inspect software, use tools, gather evidence, review code, diagnose and debug problems, retain useful context, coordinate work, and improve through feedback. The inspection layer is intentionally cross-stack, because real software rarely arrives in one neat framework. I am also pushing deeper into security, production diagnosis, reliability, and safer autonomous execution.

The interesting part is not the personality. It is the system around the intelligence: memory, retrieval, tools, authority, execution, observability, and the boundaries that make useful autonomy possible.

Strategy, operations, technology, AI, people, and process are rarely separate problems. We look at the whole system, identify what is getting in the way, and design the future-state architecture and implementation path.

We design, build, and harden the technology organizations need to move.

That includes websites, full-stack applications, internal tools, AI systems, intelligent workflows, APIs, integrations, automation, and the infrastructure required to ship them well.

We also help with the part that comes after the first build: code review, debugging, security, production diagnosis, reliability, and hardening software that works in a demo but is not ready for the real world yet.

We build coherent brands, campaigns, content, communications, and experiences, with specialized creative and marketing partnerships for churches and ministries.

The goal is not more content. It is a clearer organization, a stronger story, and creative work that actually moves people.

AI Enablement & Literacy

We teach people and organizations how to actually use AI in their work, then help teams turn that learning into real adoption.

Practical workshops, executive education, role-based training, and organizational enablement built around the work people already do. Not AI theory. Real work, real workflows, real adoption.


How I think about the work

People, Creativity, Process, Data, Technology, Intelligence

I move across disciplines because the work does not stay in one lane. Architecture affects experience. Brand affects trust. Data affects decisions. Systems affect people.

A few questions keep me honest:

  • Does this make the work clearer?
  • Does it help people do better work?
  • Is ownership clear?
  • Can people trust it?
  • Are we asking a person to carry something the system should carry?
  • Are we asking the system to make a judgment a person should own?
  • Can this survive production, not just the demo?

What interests me most is not the benchmark. It is what happens when intelligence has the right context, tools, memory, boundaries, execution environment, feedback, and a healthy relationship with the people using it.

Security, Compliance & Reliability

I care a lot about what happens after something works the first time.

A product can look finished and still be fragile underneath. I like getting into the parts people usually wait too long to think about. Who can access what? What happens when a dependency goes down? Does failed work recover safely? Can the system tell the truth about its own health? Can an AI agent do more than it should? If something goes wrong, can we actually trace what happened?

That has pulled me deeper into security, compliance, reliability, and production engineering.

I build with frameworks like OWASP and NIST CSF 2.0 in mind, and I have mapped technical controls against SOC 2 and ISO 27001 requirements. My work has included identity and authorization architecture, row-level security, RBAC, audit trails, secrets management, prompt-injection defenses, dependency scanning, vulnerability remediation, rate limiting, secure headers, backup and restore testing, rollback planning, accessibility, and fault testing against running systems.

I have also learned not to confuse a clean test suite with a healthy product.

Some of the most useful lessons in my work have come from systems that passed every test and still failed when they met production. So I try to prove important controls against the environment they actually have to survive.

Build it. Test it. Break it. Fix it. Prove it. Then ship it.
