I realized there was no helper to set the
<meta name="view-transition" content="same-origin">tag.This PR adds a
turbo_use_view_transitionandturbo_use_view_transition_tagmethods. Any better naming suggestions ?Note : the meta seems to not be part of the MPA view transition spec anymore, but this is a more global turbo discussion to have
