Overview

This PR includes fixture changes and one ported test module to Elixir.

  • Port friend_docs and limit_docs fixtures
  • Port MangoDatabase functions
  • Port some other example tests
  • Port 11-ignore-design-docs-test as an example to Elixir and remove python test

Testing recommendations
