Summary
Adds a preferred-form experience for the embedded Payment Element. It renders the selected payment-method form inline, provides a “More payment methods” footer, and preserves selection/validation behavior when moving into the payment-options sheet.
Motivation
Embedded integrations using the PreferForm layout need to prioritize the selected payment-method form while retaining access to saved and alternative payment methods.
