Update arXiv, INSPIRE, and Indico translators

Summary

• add an Indico web translator with support for current and legacy Indico metadata formats
• update arXiv.org and INSPIRE for current Zotero request APIs and site behavior
• preserve LaTeX math cleanup in imported titles
• refresh translator tests and replace the retired arXiv /find/ endpoint

Verification

• arXiv.org: 13 web tests and 13 search/web-path tests passed
• INSPIRE: 3 tests passed
• Indico: 4 tests passed
• syntax, ESLint, and whitespace checks passed

CI verification for the modified translators is clean:

• arXiv.org: 26/26 passed
• INSPIRE: 3/3 passed
• Indico: 4/4 passed
• syntax, lint, and deleted-translator checks passed

The overall job remains red because the dependent Google Scholar translator cannot reliably access/detect its test pages in the GitHub Actions environment. The failures are confined to the Google Scholar test suite; the three modified translators pass.
